Valitor has enabled Leamington Really Awesome Coffee to offer a professional customer experience. Through using Valitor’s card terminals and PAX, managing director, Tom, has been able to accept a range of payment methods since the start of his business eight months ago.
Operating in the Leamington and Warwick area, Tom’s franchise of Really Awesome Coffee relies on Valitor to run a successful mobile coffee shop that services a range of local businesses and industrial estates. Established in 2010, franchise business Really Awesome Coffee specialise in the mobile coffee market and creates high quality, bespoke coffee van conversions for individuals looking to run a successful mobile cafe business.
Tom founded Leamington Really Awesome Coffee as he wanted to establish a better work-life balance and spend more time at home with his children. For this reason, it was important that he worked with the right partners so he could manage a seamless business operation and spend minimal time on admin tasks. When looking for the right payment provider, Tom wanted his card terminals to look professional and did not like the look of some of Valitor’s competitors which offered smaller, simpler, more ‘mobile like’ terminal options. Nonetheless, Tom needed a payment terminal that accepted a range of payment methods and was equally mobile as his mobile coffee shop moved from location to location.
To provide Tom with both the professional looking machines that he wanted and mobile flexibility that he needed, Valitor offered him one of its latest PAX terminals. The Valitor PAX terminal gave him a professional edge and helped him bolster the look of his business, especially when just starting out. It also provided him with a stable and reliable connection whilst on-the-go around a range of locations. Valitor provided excellent support through the implementation stage and were quick to respond to any queries. For this reason, Leamington Really Awesome Coffee decided to go with Valitor’s PAX machines.
Thanks to using a PAX machine, Leamington Really Awesome Coffee can take a range of mobile payments in the remotest of locations. With a high capacity rechargeable battery and multiple connectivity capabilities, the PAX machine can operate on 3G, 4G, WiFi and Bluetooth to ensure an exceptional level of stability and reliability for taking payments whenever and wherever Tom is working. Tom, therefore, does not have to worry about missing out on any sales as customers are not limited to using cash for small purchases. Soon, thanks to Valitor’s Terminal Management System, Market Place, Tom will be able to download helpful apps to the terminal. This will enable Tom to choose apps that will add to the experiences of his customers.
With plans to expand in the next five years, Tom is keen to strengthen his partnership with Valitor and use their services for his future expansion plans which are set to include both mobile and permanent retail space locations.
“From day one, Leamington Really Awesome Coffee has been able to give a seamless and professional service to its customers thanks to Valitor’s support. I will look to no one else when it comes to payment providers.”
